Seaming

With the headband laid flat, bring the two short ends together, keeping the right side facing out.

Fold one end in half lengthwise. Slide the other end through the folded end, aligning all raw edges. This creates the twist at the center of the headband.

Once edges are aligned, seam across the end using a slip stitch or whip stitch.

Fasten off and weave in ends.

Turn the headband right side out and gently adjust the twist if needed.
